We’re proud to announce In Vue, our re-brand of the Bellevue Renaissance Committee. Before a packed house of Bellevue, Kentucky residents and business owners, BLDG unveiled the new brand identity.
The most prominent feature of the new branding is the iconic “B” logo, which represents both the eclectic mix of people of the city and the crafty character of the city’s Main Street shopping district. Whether you see the colorful squares in the logo as patchwork, quilting, or pixels, it invites the viewer to interpret it in their own way.
Jay Becker said at the unveiling, “We don’t want to look beyond what’s here and the stories that exist, but we have to added some aspirational levels so new people are enticed to come here. When you see the look and feel of the brand work itself, you’re going to see some old and some new and that’s on purpose.”
