Announcing 199C in the Cov!

February 27, 2017

No grass stains, no glory. No bruises, no story.

BLDG is excited to announce our fourth annual 199C: Scandals, Superstitions and Screwballs art exhibit and block party on Pike Street in Covington on April 1, 2017 from 6pm – 10 pm.

199C: Scandals, Superstitions & Screwballs is all about highlighting the maddening, momentous and memorable that surrounds baseball and all its glory. From what makes for hot headlines to the things that make players tick or break out of a slump, to painting our faces or bedazzling foam fingers, the exhibition aims to satirize the mystique, the mischief, the heavy hitters and the highly questionable of the timeless-yet-tainted love of American’s greatest pastime.

About 199C
BLDG Gallery’s fourth annual 199C is a collaborative art exhibition and block party celebrating baseball and the Cincinnati Reds. There are few places on earth where a sport and a team are so beloved by a community.
A throwback to the Pantone color for the Cincinnati Reds red color, 199C celebrates this unique atmosphere with creative experiences designed to engage and inspire audiences from the Queen City and beyond.
